Lending Deposits:

  • Promotion and Sales of loan products in the market within the defined radius.
  • Maintain quality of the loan portfolio through strong documentation, credit verification, income assessment and regular follow up for timely repayments.
  • Make arrangement for Disbursals of loans with coordination of hub branch.
  • Manage Collections/Repayments of loan customers of the center.
  • Maintain monthly Sales Service Center (SSC)/ Permanent Booth (PB) efficiency logs and keep update individual LOs performance in term of Sales Collections.
  • To sell the liability products to potential clients.
  • Manage and Achieve deposits Targets of SSC/PB
Operations:
  • Ensure daily disposal of cash as per bank policy to its correspondent Bank and report to Operations accordingly.
  • Maintain Cash Register and Cash Vault Register of SSC/PB on daily basis.
  • Reconciliation of Cash on daily basis at day end and sometimes have surprise physical Cash counting of the center.
  • Self Assessment of SSC/PB process and procedures and get the SSC/PB ready for the review of internal/external audits, any regulators inspection, Project Mangers review during his visits.
  • Ensure a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and services culture through coaching, guidance and motivation of staff and build banks reputation in the market.
Management:
  • Achieve Sales Service Center/Permanent Booth targets and assist LOs to achieve their monthly sale targets.
  • Regular on job coaching and training of team.
  • Ensure internal / external controls at SSC/PBlevel
